A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the independent provider that supplies that result service. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. If you contact us, we receive the material in your message and use it to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Like most hosted services, the site records routine server details such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We review aggregate patterns to maintain the service and understand page use. Cookies or comparable tools may also support basic analytics or advertising measurement where used.
How Limited Data Is Used
We use this limited information to run the reference, diagnose problems, measure traffic, and improve its pages. We do not sell lists of visitors or create individual visitor profiles.
External Services
Links lead to county and state portals, libraries, archives, and outside search services. The policy of that destination controls information submitted there, including information entered through sponsored result tools supplied by a third party.
Service Providers and Disclosures
Hosting and support providers process server-log data on our behalf. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic technical information described above. We disclose information when legally required through valid process and not otherwise.
Security and Retention
The reference uses an encrypted connection, and ordinary logs are retained only as needed for the uses described here. There are no visitor accounts, passwords, or on-site personal profiles to expose.
Visitors Under 18
The reference is intended for adults, not children. We do not knowingly collect a minor's personal information. If you believe that a person under 18 sent us information, contact us so it can be removed.
Your Information Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data a website holds. Pennsylvania has no statewide universal data-broker deletion right identified in the project research. Because this reference keeps very little, a request usually involves checking the contact mailbox and server logs, then removing what is found. Use the Contact page to ask. Pennsylvania state, county, and municipal public records are controlled by their custodians, so a request about one belongs with that office.
